Decides to extend, to 25 September 2021, the mandate of the Verification Mission and reporting requirements in accordance with its resolutions 2366 (2017), 2377 (2017), 2435 (2018), and 2487 (2019), headed by a Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations;

Expresses its willingness to work with the Government of Colombia to further extend the mandate of the Verification Mission on the basis of agreement between the parties;

Recalls that the Final Agreement envisages a role for the Verification Mission in verifying compliance with the sentences of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, and expresses its readiness to consider, in a timely manner, the addition of this task to the mandate of the Verification Mission, based on the outcome of the ongoing consultation process coordinated by the Government of Colombia.
