They have now done so, and it is incumbent on all concerned to help them to consolidate the gains that have been made. The Council is of the view that the circumstances created by the successful conclusion of the elections in Sierra Leone require redoubled efforts to end the fighting in that country. It commends the efforts of the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General and others, in particular the Government of Côte d'Ivoire, to that end. It reiterates its call to all parties to end the violence. It calls upon the Revolutionary United Front to accept the outcome of the election, maintain the cease-fire and enter into a full dialogue for peace, without any conditions.","type":"paragraph","heading_level":null,"paragraph_type":null,"paragraph_level":1,"prefix":null,"links":[],"section":"main","text_index":1,"parser_version":"sem-v5","source":"digitallibrary"},{"extraction_quality_warning":false,"id":"769c6b43-dd65-5f67-8158-a944d6d3fad6","position":10,"note_ids":[],"note_references":[],"text":"96-06688 (E) 190396 /...","type":"paragraph","heading_level":null,"paragraph_type":null,"paragraph_level":1,"prefix":null,"links":[],"section":"main","text_index":1,"parser_version":"sem-v5","source":"digitallibrary"},{"extraction_quality_warning":false,"id":"c558d8d2-430a-57a3-b333-360bd4bd543d","position":11,"note_ids":[],"note_references":[],"text":"*9606688*","type":"paragraph","heading_level":null,"paragraph_type":null,"paragraph_level":1,"prefix":null,"links":[],"section":"main","text_index":1,"parser_version":"sem-v5","source":"digitallibrary"},{"extraction_quality_warning":false,"id":"cc4191fe-2301-5cb8-bde1-47a36f840b1f","position":12,"note_ids":[],"note_references":[],"text":"\"The Security Council calls upon the international community to provide generous assistance to help in resolving the humanitarian problems caused by the conflict in Sierra Leone, and to assist the Government and people of that country in the task of reconstruction that now faces them.","type":"paragraph","heading_level":null,"paragraph_type":null,"paragraph_level":1,"prefix":null,"links":[],"section":"main","text_index":1,"parser_version":"sem-v5","source":"digitallibrary"},{"extraction_quality_warning":false,"id":"c2016ec3-5904-5345-b28c-c2c5b44df1d9","position":13,"note_ids":[],"note_references":[],"text":"\"The Security Council requests the Secretary-General to continue to monitor the situation in Sierra Leone and to keep the Council informed of significant developments.\"","type":"paragraph","heading_level":null,"paragraph_type":null,"paragraph_level":1,"prefix":null,"links":[],"section":"main","text_index":1,"parser_version":"sem-v5","source":"digitallibrary"},{"extraction_quality_warning":false,"id":"5b7f5e26-74a1-5d7e-be79-1fd5fb70791d","position":14,"note_ids":[],"note_references":[],"text":"-----","type":"paragraph","heading_level":null,"paragraph_type":null,"paragraph_level":1,"prefix":null,"links":[],"section":"main","text_index":1,"parser_version":"sem-v5","source":"digitallibrary"}]},"versionHistory":null,"reports":{"status":"included","data":{"source":"union","data":{"pageOneAccepted":true,"reports":[]}}},"relatedDocuments":{"status":"not_included"}}}}
