Report of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice on Its Regular and Reconvened 29th Sessions and Provisional Agenda for Its 30th Session
At its 5th plenary meeting, on 24 February 2021, the Economic and Social Council:
(a) Took note of the report of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice on its regular and reconvened twenty-ninth sessions;38
(b) Reaffirmed Commission decision 21/1 of 27 April 2012;39
(c) Approved the provisional agenda of the thirtieth session of the Commission as set out below:

Thematic discussion on effective measures to prevent and counter the smuggling of migrants, while protecting the rights of smuggled migrants, particularly women and children, and those of unaccompanied migrant children.

Integration and coordination of efforts by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and by Member States in the field of crime prevention and criminal justice:
a
Ratification and implementation of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and the Protocols thereto;

Ratification and implementation of the international instruments to prevent and combat terrorism;

Other crime prevention and criminal justice matters;
