At its 2nd plenary meeting, on 15 October 2019, the Economic and Social Council decided that the special responsibilities in the Bureau for the 2020 session would be as follows: the President, Mona JUUL (Norway), would be responsible for the high-level segment, the high-level political forum on sustainable development, convened under the auspices of the Council, the forum on financing for development follow-up, the Development Cooperation Forum, the special meeting of the Council on international cooperation in tax matters, as well as any joint meetings and other special meetings that may be convened should the need arise; the Vice-President, Juan SANDOVAL MENDIOLEA (Mexico), would be responsible for the operational activities for development segment; the Vice-President, Omar HILALE (Morocco), would be responsible for the humanitarian affairs segment; the Vice-President, Mher MARGARYAN (Armenia), would be responsible for the integration segment; and the Vice-

President, Maleeha LODHI (Pakistan),6 would be responsible for the management meetings, including the elections to fill the vacancies in the subsidiary and related bodies of the Council.
