At its 42nd plenary meeting, on 7 July 2017, the Economic and Social Council decided to transmit to the highlevel political forum on sustainable development, convened under the auspices of the Council, the intergovernmentally agreed conclusions and recommendations contained in the report of the Council forum on financing for development follow-up.58
