143. 15 December 2009 and 2011/207 of 17 February 2011 and having considered the letter dated 24 March 2011 from the Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Council,8 decided to appoint the Permanent Representative of France to the United Nations as an additional member of the Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Haiti.
