At its 52nd plenary meeting, on 15 December 2010, the Economic and Social Council decided to continue its consideration of the draft resolution entitled “Establishment of an ad hoc panel of experts on the world financial and economic crisis and its impact on development”,59 with a view to making final recommendations to the General Assembly, in accordance with the mandate set out in paragraph 56 (e) of the Outcome of the Conference on the World Financial and Economic Crisis and Its Impact on Development,61 during its substantive session of 2011.
