At its 4th plenary meeting, on 20 April 2009, the Economic and Social Council, recalling its resolutions 2004/52 of 23 July 2004, 2005/46 of 27 July 2005, 2006/10 of 26 July 2006, 2007/13 of 25 July 2007 and 2008/10 of 23 July 2008, and its decision 2004/332 of 11 November 2004 and having considered the letter dated 20 March 2009 from the Permanent Representative of Peru to the United Nations addressed to the President of the Economic and Social Council,4 decided to appoint the Permanent Representative of Peru to the United Nations as an additional member of the Ad Hoc Advisory Group on Haiti.
