At its 38th plenary meeting, on 20 July 2007, the Economic and Social Council, having considered the report of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations on its resumed 2007 session23 and draft decision IV contained therein,24 decided to grant consultative status to the nongovernmental organization Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Rights.
