At its 38th plenary meeting, on 20 July 2007, the Economic and Social Council, having considered the report of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations on its 2007 regular session21 and draft decision III contained therein,22 decided to grant consultative status to the Coalition gaie et lesbienne du Québec.
