At its 38th plenary meeting, on 25 July 2005, the Economic and Social Council took note of Commission on Human Rights decision 2005/107 of 19 April 2005,59 and endorsed the Commission’s recommendation that a compilation into a comprehensive document of all the reports and documents submitted to date by the Special Rapporteur of the Subcommission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights on terrorism and human rights be published as a United Nations publication as part of the Human Rights Study Series.
