At its 35th plenary meeting, on 21 July 2005, the Economic and Social Council took note of decision 2005/1 of the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations on the issuance of documentation for the Committee, 41 and decided to request the Secretary-General to examine the causes for persistent delays in the availability of documentation to the Committee, to take measures to address the problem and to present a report to the Committee at its 2006 regular session.
