At its 49th plenary meeting, on 22 July 2004, the Economic and Social Council took note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 2004/48 of 20 April 200415 and decided to renew for a further three years the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.
