At its 46th plenary meeting, on 23 July 2003, the Economic and Social Council took note of Commission on Human Rights resolution 2003/83 of 25 April 2003,46 and decided to endorse the decision of the Commission to renew the mandate of the Working Group on the Right to Development for one year and to convene its fifth session before the sixtieth session of the Commission, for a period of ten working days.
