At its 2nd plenary meeting, on 28 January 2003, the Economic and Social Council decided to approve the holding of the second session of the Committee of Experts on Public Administration in New York from 7 to 11 April 2003, as well as its provisional agenda as set out below. In that context, the Council recalled its resolution 2002/40 of 19 December 2002 and urged the Secretariat to make efforts to meet the expenditures from within existing resources.

Adoption of the agenda and other organizational matters.

Enhancing the capacity of public administration to implement the United Nations Millennium Declaration.

such as status and trends in e-government development,
