Invites all Member States, organizations of the United Nations system, other international and regional organizations and other relevant stakeholders, including civil society, the private sector and academia, as well as schools, to observe World Horse Day, in an appropriate manner and in accordance with national priorities, through activities aimed at raising awareness among the public of the economic and social importance of the horse and the equine industry, encouraging the development of professional training, scientific research, the dissemination of best practices in the equine sector, and the promotion of equine welfare, preserving horse culture and heritage, and sharing knowledge, information, best practices and other collaborative approaches in this regard;
