That Switzerland shall contribute 1 .SO per cent and the Principality of Liechtenstein 0.04 per cent of the expenses of the International Court of Justice for the year 1954, these assessments having been established after consultation with the respective Governments, in accordance with the terms of General Assembly resolutions 91 (I) of 11 December 1946 and 363

(IV) of 1 December 1949;

That non-member States which are signatories of international instruments relating to the control of narcotic drugs shall be called upon to make contributions towards the annual expenses, commencing with the year 1953, resulting from obligations placed on the United Nations by those instruments, in accordance with the following rates :

That, if any non-member States should become Parties to the Convention on the Declaration of Death of Missing Persons during 1953, they should be assessed retroactively in respect of the 1953 expenses of the International Bureau for Declarations of Death in accordance with the terms of General Assembly resolution 493 (V) of 16 November 1950.
