Reiterates the importance of the timely issuance of documents for the Fifth Committee;

Welcomes the progress achieved so far by the task force concerning the timely issuance of documents for the Fifth Committee on peacekeeping financing;

Notes with concern the lack of conference services being provided to the Human Rights Council, and requests the Secretary-General to ensure that the Council, as a subsidiary body of the General Assembly, is provided with all necessary conference services to support its activities, including the universal periodic review;

Requests the Secretary-General to entrust the Office of Internal Oversight Services with a review of the circumstances that led to insufficient conference services being put at the disposal of the Human Rights Council in 2009 and to submit its recommendations to the General Assembly at the main part of its sixty-fourth session in order to avoid similar situations;

Also requests the Secretary-General to maintain the support to major groups participating in the 2009 substantive session of the Economic and Social Council, to be held in Geneva.
