Welcomes the announcement of the tenth anniversary of the entry into force of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction³ and of the establishment, on 29 April 1997, of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, which will be celebrated on 9 May 2007 in The Hague, and calls upon Member States to arrange for representation at the appropriate political level;
