5
Further requests the Secretary-General to keep under constant review the developments in this field in Member States and to highlight changes and trends as well as successes in this area, with particular emphasis on the role of public administration in the implementation of the United Nations Millennium Declaration,1 and to summarize his findings in a report to be submitted to the General Assembly at its fifty-seventh session, through the Economic and Social Council.
