Resolves that the scale of assessments for the contri butions of Member States to the regular budget of the United Nations for 1989 and 1990, and also 1991 unless a new scale is approved earlier by the General Assembly on the recommendation of the Committee on Contributions in response to resolution B below, shall be as follows:

In accordance with rule 160 of the rules of proce dure of the General Assembly, States which are not mem bers of the United Nations but which participate in certain of its activities shall be called upon to contribute towards the 1989, 1990 and 1991 expenses of such activities on the basis of the following rates, unless modified as specified in paragraph l above:
