Endorses the administrative and budgetary arrangements proposed for 197 5 by the Secretary-General/' subject to the recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions;''3

Requests the International Civil Service Commission to review, as a matter of priority, the United Nations salary system in accordance with the decision in paragraph 5 of General Assembly resolution 3042 (XXVII), and to submit a progress report to the Assembly at its thirtieth session;

Invites the organizations members of the United Nations common system to participate in and contribute to the work of the International Civil Service Commission and requests the Secretary-General, as Chairman of the Administrative Committee on C<H>rdination, to report on relevant developments to the General Assembly at its thirtieth session.
