Requests the Special Committee and its Working Group to intensify their respective efforts to complete by the twenty-ninth session of the General Assembly their ta::;k of achieving agreed guidelines for carrying out peace-keeping operations in conformity with the Charter of the United Nations;

Requests the Special Committee to report to the General Assembly at its twenty-ninth session.
