Taking note of the statement made by the Secretary- General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development on this subject at the seventh session of the Board,º

Recalling its resolutions 2207 (XXI) of 17 December 1966 and 2297 (XXII) of 12 December 1967,

Endorses the recommendations contained in Trade and Development Board resolution 44 (VII) ;

Decides that the United Nations Conference on Trade ancl De.velopment shall be a participating organization of the United Nations Development Programme in conformity with General Assembly resolution 2029 (XX) of 22 Novernber 196S.
