Urges all States which have not done so to adhere without further delay to the Treaty banning nuclear weapon tests in the atmosphere, in outer space and under water;

Calls upon all nuclear-weapon States to suspend nuclea'l' weapon tests in all environments ;

Expresses the hope that States will contribute to an effective international exchange of seismic data;

Requests the Conference of the Eighteen-Nation Committee on Disarmament to take up as a matter of urgency the elaboration of a treaty banning underground nuclear weapon tests and to report to the General Assembly on this matter at its twenty-third session.

2344 (XXIl), Elimination of foreign military buea in the countries of Aaia, Africa and Latin America

Requests the Conference of the Eighteen-Nation Committee on Disarmament to resume consideration of the question of the elimination of foreign military bases in the countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 2165 (XXI);

Requests the Conference of the Eighteen-Nation Committee on Disarmament to report to the General As~embly at its twenty-third session on the progress ac?!eved on the_ question of t~e elimination of foreign m1htary bases m the countries of Asia Africa and Latin America.

2346 (XXD). Non-proliferation of nuclear weapons

Reaffirms its resolutions 2028 (XX) of 19 November 1965, 2149 (XXI) of 4 November 1966 and 2153 A (XXI) of 17 November 1966;

Calls upon the Conference of the Eighteen- Nations Committee on Disarmament urgently to continue its work, giving all due consideration to all proposals submitted to the Committee and to the views expressed by Member States during the twenty-second session of the General Assembly;

Requests the Conference of the Eighteen-Nation Committee on Disarmament to submit to the General Assembly, on or before 15 March 1968, a full report on the negotiations regarding a draft treaty on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons, together with the pertinent documents and records;

Recommends that upon the receipt of that report appropriate consultations should be initiated, in accordance with the rules of procedure of the General Assembly, on the setting of an early date after 15 March 1968 for the resumption of the twenty-second session of the General Assembly to consider agenda item 28 (a) entitled "Non-proliferation of nuclear weapons: re-
