Requests the Secretary-General to refer to the executive heads of the specialized agencies and the International Atomic Energy Agency, through the consultative machinery of the Administrative Committee on Co-ordination, any matters arising in part II of that report which call for its attention, as well as the records of the related discussion in the Fifth Committee;

Further requests the Secretary-General to refer to the executive heads of the specialized agencies and the International Atomic Energy Agency the observations of the Advisory Committee in parts III and IV of its report on their administrative budgets for 1964.

Endorses the proposed revised terms of reference of the International Civil Service Advisory Board set forth in appendix 2 of the report submitted by the Secretary-General, under which the Board would give advice and make recommendations concerning pay and personnel problems to the Administrative Committee on Co-ordination and, through it, to the appropriate authorities in each organ:z'ltion of the common system;

Requests the Secretary-General to bring the comments of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions to the attention of the Administrative Committee on Co-ordination for its consideration;

Requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its nineteenth session on the measures taken in implementation of the present resolution.
