Requests the Committee on Contributions, in calculating rates of assessment, to give due attention to the developing countries in view of their special economic and financial problems;

Requests the Secretary-General to transmit to the Committee on Contributions the record of the discussions on the scale of assessments at the eighteenth session of the General Assembly, together with the report of the Fifth Committee on that subject.20
