Decides to convene a special session of the General Assembly prior to 30 June 1963 for the purpose of considering, in the light of the report of the Working Group of twenty-one members established under resolution 1854 B (XVII), the financial situation of the Organization;

Requests the Secretary-General to fix the date for convening the special session, in consultation with the President of the General Assembly at its seventeenth session, taking account of developments during the first half of 1%3.
