Recommends Governments of Member States, the specialized agencies concerned and the appropriate nongovernmental organizations to publicize as widely as possible the text of the Declaration of the Rights of the Child;

Requests the Secretary-General to have the Declaration widely disseminated and, to that end, to use every means at his disposal to publish and distribute texts in all languages possible.
