To ask the Governments of Member States for their views on the desirability of formulating, in the light of the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations and of the resolutions contained in the abovementioned compendium and of any other international declarations that may be relevant, a statement of the economic objectives of the United Nations and of the means of international co-operation that may serve to attain those objectives in an atmosphere of harmony and understanding ;
