At its 51st plenary meeting, on 18 December 2019, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Sixth Committee,110 decided to defer a decision on the request for observer status for the Cooperation Council of Turkicspeaking States in the Assembly111 until the seventy-fifth session of the Assembly.
