At its 98th plenary meeting, on 10 July 2019, the General Assembly, on the proposal of its President,43 recalling its resolution 72/307 of 27 July 2018 and taking note of the note by the Secretary-General,44 decided to endorse the recommendations by the Secretariat, as contained in annex I to the note by the Secretary-General, for the accreditation of major groups organizations not in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council but wishing to participate in the high-level review of the SIDS Accelerated Modalities of Action (SAMOA) Pathway.45
