At its 62nd plenary meeting, on 20 December 2018, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Second Committee,69 took note of the note by the Secretary-General on the organization of work of the second Highlevel United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation,70 and decided to recommend the draft provisional rules of procedure of the Conference and the provisional agenda of the Conference contained in annexes I and II to the note, respectively, for adoption by the Conference.
