At its 91st plenary meeting, on 22 December 2011, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Second Committee,77 recalling its resolution 38/201 of 20 December 1983, its decision 41/457 of 8 December 1986 and its resolution 64/222 of 21 December 2009, in which it endorsed the Nairobi outcome document of the High-level United Nations Conference on South-South Cooperation, decided to rename the Pérez-Guerrero Trust Fund for Economic and Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries the “Pérez-Guerrero Trust Fund for South- South Cooperation”.
