At its 4th plenary meeting, on 20 September 2010, the General Assembly, on the proposal of the President of the General Assembly, in his capacity as Co-Chair of the high-level plenary meeting of the sixty-fifth session of the Assembly,25 recalling its resolution 64/184 of 21 December 2009, decided, without setting a precedent, to hear statements by five observers at the end of the plenary meeting, after representatives of Member States had spoken, as follows:
