At its 121st plenary meeting, on 13 September 2010, the General Assembly decided to continue to dedicate a specific meeting focused on development, including an assessment of progress over the previous year, at each session of the Assembly during the debate on the followup to the United Nations Millennium Declaration65 and the 2005 World Summit Outcome.66
