At its 103rd plenary meeting, on 29 June 2010, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Special Political and Decolonization Committee (Fourth Committee),71 decided to defer consideration of the report of the fifty-seventh session of the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation until the main part of the sixty-fifth session of the General Assembly.
