At its 67th plenary meeting, on 22 December 2009, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Fifth Committee,104 decided that the Staff Rules, as referred to in the report of the Secretary-General,105 would remain provisional pending their further consideration at its sixty-fifth session.
