At its 49th plenary meeting, on 20 November 2009, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Second Committee,57 decided to postpone the holding of its fourth Highlevel Dialogue on Financing for Development, originally scheduled for 23 and 24 November 2009, on the understanding that the exact dates were to be determined no later than 11 December 2009.
