At its 92nd plenary meeting, on 30 June 2006, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Fifth Committee,96 having considered the report of the Secretary-General on the expenditure authorization for the biennium 2006–200797 and the related report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, 98 decided to authorize expenditure of the remaining funds appropriated in resolution 60/247 A of 23 December 2005.
