At its 91st plenary meeting, on 13 April 2005, on the recommendation of the Fifth Committee,52 the General Assembly took note of the report of the Secretary-General on the review of the structure and functions of all liaison offices or representation in New York of organizations headquartered elsewhere funded from the regular budget56 and the related report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.57
