At its 91st plenary meeting, on 13 April 2005, on the recommendation of the Fifth Committee,52 the General Assembly:

(a) Took note with appreciation of the efforts by the Government of Ethiopia to facilitate the construction project;

(b) Also took note of the report of the Secretary-General on the construction of additional office facilities at the Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa,54 and endorsed the recommendations contained in the related report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions.55
