At its 70th plenary meeting, on 9 December 2002, the General Assembly, taking into account that two of the panellists approved in resolution 57/33 of 19 November 2002 were not able to participate, decided that Mr. Shabtai Rosen would take the place of Judge Hugo Caminos on Informal Panel 1 and that Mr. Felipe Paolillo would take the place of Judge José Luis Jesus on Informal Panel 2.
