At its 67th plenary meeting, on 4 December 2002, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the Fifth Committee,6 appointed the following persons as members of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal for a four-year term of office beginning on 1 January 2003: Mr. Kevin Haugh and Ms. Jacqueline R. Scott.
